Actually, the beer garden previously mentioned has indoor seating as well. And very large umbrellas outside that get the job done. But there are thousands of other places too. Use Yelp.

There is a great blog website called Why Leave Astoria. Tons of restaurant and bar reviews and recommendations...plus they list all of the upcoming events each week.
