Brooklyn & Manhattan only. I should start doing that again. What bridges are availible for walking, I get a bunch of days off this semester.

Not one in Nyc!! That's a sorry story but the first will be the Brooklyn cause it's my fav

I have waked all the way to the top and back, on the great Sydney Harbor Bridge.you are guided by a tour guide.. What an experience. We need to get that setup here!! And I am so afraid of heights but you are connected by a cable. And also to 11 other people the entire time! What fun. Not cheap

In addition to the major ones, I've walked over the English Kills Bridge. Not nearly as impressive as the Brooklyn or the Williamsburg...but on the other hand, how many people even know that bridge exists? Also the Carroll Street Bridge over the Gowanus Canal, whose swing bridge has been doing the job since 1889. (It's one of only four such bridges remaining in the entire country!)

By the way, if we're counting interstate bridges that involve New York City, there's a pedestrian walkway on the George Washington Bridge. The view up and down the Hudson from there is nothing short of spectacular.

I've walked it from Randall's Island. It is pretty unnerving.

Default i tried to get

up and over the GWB about a decade ago but the height got to me and i turned around

as i recall you go on 178th street and follow a sign that takes you to a cement spiral staircase or walkway over Riverside Drive as you are climbing up toward the bridge walkway

the view over Riverside Drive did it and there was no way i would be able to deal with the height from the bridge walkway
