which is better to buy uniforms? Mac's or Meyers? which store has better quality for the uniforms. which store has better service and prices? which one has the best turnaround? do they both offer the same products with the same company or different companys. i'm in the october class and any help would be appreciated. see you guys next week thank you.

Meyers sucks almost all the lettering washed off by the first or second wash... my original stuff from jopaul has been washed every week since dec n hasnt faded at all

Where are you getting this information from? They have already been approved for 350 hires before this job freeze stuff came up and the article said they would not tamper with things that were already approved or with nyc essential services. Is this from a valid source or just rumor?

I wouldnt worry about the nov class there is no way the city is gonna go into this winter without enough men.As for uniforms just buy enough to get by now if your strapped.2 pants 2 tees a long sleeve and sweatshirt,jacket.dont go crazy spendin tons of money,there are other options for uniforms once you get to district.Im on the job for 13 yrs it is a great job you just have to pay your dues.Most the time the people that say the job sucks are people that are really young and havent had a real job yet or just plain LAZY.Good luck to all,and some advice just go wit the program once in district,the job will be alot easier,dont wanna be labeled as N/G.
