So I just called wavecrest management and was told that their buildings are full and gave their last 2 bedroom apartment so someone yesterday. However I have been writing and calling and no answer. I am so upset right now.she didnt even bother to verify my name or check to see if I was on the list of people that they are calling for the buildings.

That's very interesting that their buildings are full bc the lottery application process for St. Anns FG deadline hasn't even closed yet. So maybe the buildings they're telling you that are full are the first 3 buildings that are actually located on St. Anns. The buildings for the lottery that hasn't closed yet are located around the corner on Eagle avenue. The filing date end on the 9th so try submitting an application there.

I don't think that's true eigther Stephanie, over in BBTB their still apartment empty, they stop for a while doing interviews, maybe they holding for other type of markets. Probably the volume of aplications are high .

Listen take it from me.....if you are trying to get into any wavecrest building go in person!!!!! Most of the time they do not answer the phone or rush you off. If you're there in person they must pay you attention. It's far yes but hey you gotta do what you gotta do for what you want!!!

The buildings may not be completed as of yet but a lottery for any new development is always held before it's completed.
