Great shot, well worth sharing!

I find it a bit surprising that a Baltimore-Boston flight goes over NYC, though--I would have thought that the airspace is too crowded?

nah, everything going into NYC area airports would be away below 37000

Look up, you'll see planes way up there passing over us going in all directions. I see an East-West flight all the time. I always wonder where it's going.
