That could very well be.

By the way, PA cops also belong to both state police. They have to be able to chase criminals across the state lines, which is usually in the middle of a PA bridge or tunnel, without worrying about interfering with jurisdictions.

Don't think the PA likes Cuomo much either right now.

I saw state police yesterday do a pull over with the nypd in parkchester. Than parkchester police showed up. 3 Lw enforcement agencies. Nyc has way too much police presence these days.

there was a trooper today on the whitestone bridge running radar . he was on the span itself parked in the boxes painted on the right side . .. he pulled the guy just in front of me over .
