Landlord did not inform us of Rent Stabilization Status. What is my recourse?

not true . under many programs the rent is totally market or above day 1 . the landlord only agrees to hold increases to what they are allowed going forward . there are 3500.00 a month stabilized studios and 5k two bedrooms right on chrystie st
