The Bronx and uptown probably have the best rican and Dominican women.

Overall probably Queens, it has the best variety.
Last summer I was at a Dominican club on Dyckman avenue. My mouth literally dropped at those Dominican women. But most of the Dominican women in that area are not born in NYC but are from the DR. As for Rican women, the East Bronx has some nice looking Rican women, I find them hard to distinguish from Guidettes.
I think this depends on what you consider hot. If you are looking for thick women with curves I say queens is your best best. If your looking for Petite women then Manhatten unless you go to the more ethnic area's like lower east side Uptown etc.
Queens is not best for curves but probably might be best for a mix of curves and face. Bronx and Brooklyn women have some good curves but not so great in the face, also attitude takes it down a notch. Manhattan have petite women but also with cute faces, most of these women are transient types. Northern Manhattan women are similar to hood Bronx and hood Brooklyn women in the looks and style department.
As a native of Queens, I'd say that Manhattan has the best-looking women. By far.
C'mon, that's a given. Manhattan is a major center of international modeling. The fashion and cosmetics industries are based there. You have hordes of beauty queens from all over the world coming into Manhattan to be models or actresses.
Brooklyn has some of the best looking black women I have seen. Lot of educated, career minded, good looking women. However, with that intelligence comes quite the attitude/personality.
