Hello, I participated in a non-profit asocación in Spain and want to make a non-profit asociacón in New York, because we need more funds reuir our foundation in India.

Need to know that steps taken to create the association, because I do not hold events and documents I have to do to apply for permits.

any of you have any idea how to act, what steps follow to make an event without being a partnership, and so on.
