It is clear that D'Antoni can't run the team.

Melo. He clearly sees 1 of 2 teammates that are open but does not pass the ball.

A lot of b-ballers are trying to mimic MJ. The man can't be replicated.

Stupid ownership.

Stupid ownership hires stupid front office.

Stupid ownership and front office hires wrong coach.

Stupid ownership and front office trades 'team' for stupid superstar who has never WON!

Carmelo Anthony is a LOSER, in the vein of Vince Carter. Great talent, but neither the heart nor brains to win in the NBA.

Ownership which is stupid can never win in the NBA.

After a lifetime, I am no longer a knick fan.

I cannot support nimrodded stupidity.

I may have written this before but I don't think nothing will surpass this post... Best post I've ever read on city-data... And there should've been a third option for both... Melo is as bad a talented chuck as I've ever seen and D'antoni has taken teams that should've done so much better to a combined winning percentage of less than .500 over the last two years...

The move though that really made me question being a knicks fan was last years trade of the entire starting line-up for melo... Once i saw that I realized that the owners in charge of this team have clearly stumbled upon a new drug that eliminates all brain cells... There was no one to compete with in terms of bidding for melo last year and at the end of the year he would be a free agent and this is what they did...

Unfortunately, I am still a knicks fan because I can't see myself rooting for anyone else but it's been a very painful ten years...

You should have made an option for both.

Amazing what passing the ball around could do. Shouldn't have took this long in the season to figure it out.

Mostly D antoni and the lack of a competent PG really, since Baron Davis still isn't healthy it forces Melo initiate and finish the offense basicaly a point forward like Lebron, Pippen, or Bird and he is not like any of them he is a prolific scorer. He should be focusing on getting to his sweet spots, establishing positioning in the post(he has the best post game of any SF), and finishing he's not a playmaker and never will be.

Once Davis gets healthy the offense should flow a lot better but theres still gonna be issues because D'antoni is not a good coach Nash's brilliance was saving his ass.

The fish rots from the head down.

The Knicks have struggled for over a decade and, from beginning to end, there's been one common denominator.

James Dolan! (And-- thumbs up for a most appropriate description, using rotten fish).
