I've been living in New York for a few months now and I've noticed that wherever I go in Manhattan they only carry like four different types of soda; sprite, pepsi, coke, and dr. pepper.
Does anyone know where I can find a better selection? Where I'm from originally I grew up with most stores carrying about 20+ different types so the lack of selection is completely new to me. It's pretty hard not being able to find any good soft drinks. I'm specifically trying to find mountain dew code red (personal favorite), but any soda is welcome.

Please don't spam my question with random sarcasm. If you can't help then don't comment. Thank you.
I'm not spamming. I'm offering my opinion. I always notice a variety of more than 4 soda types in even the smallest corner stores so your problem is very surprising. Try a Duane Reade or Rite Aid if you don't want to go to a supermarket.
What neighborhood are you in? Maybe folks aren't being serious because your question is kind of random and vague. My corner store carries at least 10 kinds of soda and that isn't even counting the "sports" drinks.
