An individual to whom a police officer addresses a question has a CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT not to respond. He may remain silent or walk or run away. His refusal to answer is not a crime. Though the police officer may endeavor to complete the interrogation, he may not pursue, absent probable cause to believe that the individual has committed, is committing, or is about to commit a crime, seize or search the individual or his possessions, even though he ran away.Nor when the individual, cornered by his pursuers in the basement of a building and while looking for a way out of the basement, drops or throws a package he was carrying into a pile of junk, has he been shown to have intentionally abandoned the package so as to make a warrantless search and seizure permissible. The order of the Appellate Division should, therefore, be reversed, the motion to suppress should be granted and the indictment should be dismissed.
This statement speaks volumes in the type of person you are. Just know that while you don't mind people selling or using drugs, DECENT people on the other hand DO MIND!
I wouldn't be surprised if you at one point of your life use to sell or use drugs since you can "relate" to his story and defend him.
Likewise, what you say speaks volumes about the type of person you are;
1) The 19 year old kids dead. Now, there's no 'what if', eh? Suits you, I suppose.
2) It is not my, or your, business to tell people what chemicals they choose to put in their bodies. Personally, I have plenty of my own business to mind without minding that of others.
If this is not true of you, perhaps you might take up a hobby, or something. At the very least, you might work on your grammar, which is atrocious.

How about giving some respect to the men and women, Italian, Irish....
Well you see, therein lies the problem.
The Irish and Italian have long ago during the days of white flight fled this city (a few leftovers being the exception), so why are these people running around in blue uniforms? They don't belong here.
Even more the problem, typical of Unionism, is that the Brass, old cops from yesteryear, are even less in touch with the present city; yet with a mindset and experience of 20 or 30 years ago they control the department.
In the private sector, these people w/h been pushed out long ago, replaced by a more relevant staff.
More importantly, policy and training changes w/h taken place inline with modern present day needs.
Irish and Italian cops, and their blue assimilated ethnic brothers, running around places like The Bronx is just aking for disaster.
Of course what is there to do? Since the liberal progressive Union based school system produces such poor candidates to test for the department, that the city must rely upon the suburban school system to suppy eligible police candidates.
Think on that!
So, the NYC government becomes a jobs program for numnutted whites who can't make it in the private sector!
Think about that the next time you people want to protest and resist school changes and school closing.

Change whatever it is that allows anyone who is NOT from the 5 boroughs to no longer be eligible to work as an NYPD officer.
People from Long Island are just as disconnected from the City as people from Kansas. But the difference is people from Kansas come to the City with hopes of doing good and these potential NYPD officers from Long Island seek to dish out/administer a little social vengeance.

You realize that the city workforce is overwhelmingly non-white right, you friggin race-baiting mouth breather? As is the racial makeup of the beat cops. So keep your frothing at the mouth anti-white rhetoric (which you so often use on here) between you and your racist buddies.

You realize I am referring to a specific quote right?
But that aside, if Irish people aren't white in your eyes, then who is?
