Yeah, I've never seen a Denny's here. Plus most of the diners seem hard to get hired at in the first place.

A lot of hotels need staff to work the overnight shift since no one ever wants those hours. You can check into that.

night auditor in a hotel - security guard - wait jobs in all night establishments - toll booth collector - taxi driver - mass transit ie subways - delivering newspapers in bulk to stands etc - bakeries

UPS is always looking for pre load & post load. Fedex has openings in NY & NJ for dock workers. These jobs are part time, usually 25 hours per week. That number does vary from week to week, some weeks it could be 25 hours, or 27 hours. I know they try to cap everyone at 30 hours a week if you are part time.

Yeah, go up to every hotel and tell them you want to work overnights, I am sure you would have a job lined up by the end of the week. Overnight hotel jobs are hard to find people for and hard to keep people with, the biggest qualification is often time, are you willing to work through the night.

Night auditor at a hotel. Coffee shops, janitorial, city job, night stocker at a grocery, walmart. Plenty of jobs pay more over night.
