Eliminated bus line in Bx (Hudson: venue, community, street)

I think it was between 10-15 years ago, there was a busline in the bronx that ran I believe between Fordham Plaza and the odd intersection of Fieldston rd and w 256th street in Riverdale but was eliminated

Does anyone recall the bus route # and the route it took?

Does anyone know why it was eliminated(low ridership or community pressure)?

It was the old Bx24. It ran between Fordham Plaza and Mosholu Av/256th St in Riverdale. It ran along Fordham, Bailey, 231st, Kappock, Hudson Pkwy, Mosholu Av

The route was eliminated in 1995 because of low ridership.

It was the BX24-Bailey Avenue..
