this man had every right to shoot the gang members the ms13 are no joke but he was arrested n going through court for defending his family. NYC what are you doing?! im going to have to move out of here

you can get a residence permit pretty easily , all you need is a squeaky clean record, the fees and time. its near impossible to get a carry for off premise.
the guy in long island made many mistakes including taking the fight outdoors in he street instead of retreating to a safe room in the house and dealing with the issue there if they came in.
he was dis-charging a weapon trying to scare them and they were unarmed. . thats brandishing a weapon and discharging a weapon within a certain distance to where people live.
all no no's under most state laws.
folks we dont need another pro or con gun debate , its a simple question that was asked
if your asking a legitamate question thats one thing but if your trying to start another tiresome gun control debate than do a search and read though the endless discussions we already had.
You can write all the letters you want.
Nothing is going to change.
You'll never get a concealed weapon permit there.
Whereas here in sunny Nevada, they just made it EVEN EASIER to get your permit:
