I purchased a home in 2008 and my deed was not recorded. I have been in contact with the real estate attorney on numerous occasions since 2010 and the matter has not been resolved. They advised that the mortgage broker closed their business and it is taking a while to get recorded but I still haven't heard back from them. However, I decided to contact the title company in 2011 and I have been in contact with their attorney who advised that they have prepared new documents and they sent it to the seller for signature and as soon as they receive the signed documents they are going to send it to me. I still have not received anything. I have been trying to refinance my home for over a year now and I am unable to because my deed has not been recorded. Is it possible to sue the real estate attorney and the title company?

Instead of asking a random group of people who most likely have no idea and will venture out wild guesses, why not ask an actual attorney?
Not trying to be an a$$, just being objective.

Before hiring an attorney, you could write a letter to the attorney of the title company or the real estate lawyer and say that you are prepared to file a complaint with the State Attorney General. If you do write such a letter don't be threatening, just state the facts.
