I recently was accepted into a design Program in New York City. I'm an older student, going back to school for a career change. I don't plan on going to school as a full-time student, due to the fact that it's way too expensive. The problem i'm facing is finding a job out of state ( I'm from DC) in time to start classes in the fall. I've worked as an engineer for the past 3 years, so I have some experience. Any Advice????
I've contacted a few recruiters and sent my resumes to quite a few companies. It's difficult to find a job out of state, I get the feeling they don't think I'm serious about relocating! I have 3 months to find something, wish me luck!
