so guys thanks for your help . i went to court and got all this lowered to a $50 fine which is due september 25. thanks for your help and words of encouragement

MYbe he didn't like your choice of music lol

I would fight it. What is loud for one isn't loud for the other. Unless he was standing there measuring the decibels.....I would fight it !!!!
No witnesses? No video/sound recording ?
