Maybe it's just me but I thought those costumes were just horrendous and the men in drag done up much too much. For that reason alone I never would never want to see that play.

I was also upset that they used the draw of popular disco music (I like disco music) to attract which most people would get caught up in that alone. Glad it's going.

Not surprising at all. Most Broadway shows don't last long, even the one's that are decent (Addam's Family, The Little Mermaid, etc.).

Only your truly blockbuster shows tend to stick around for awhile (Phantom, Cats, Les Mis, Wicked, Mamma Mia, Lion King, etc.)
