how is street parking around E 27th street between 2nd and 3rd Avenue on a Sunday afternoon after 3? easy to get a spot? any cheap parking lots around there?
There are a couple of Icon garages on 2nd at 26th and 28th between 1st and 2nd where you can park for $10 on a Sunday. Print a coupon from their website, as this is sometimes needed to get the discounted rate.

ha ha. i just visited that same site as your link!! i would do that as a last resort if i couldn't find a street spot. how would you guess the street would be on a Sunday after 3?
I think you could find something, actually, but you may have to drive around a little bit. Sunday parking is generally not too bad from my experience in the Gramercy:Murray Hill area.
