Usually the neighborhoods are called Melrose, Longwood and Hunts Point. But with revitalization/gentrification that is occuring right now in some parts of South Bronx, some people feel that it's important to revive old and forgotten names with an interesting relation to the past. Also with the intention to erase the negative image of despair, distress and hopelessness which the common neighborhood names revokes in so many people.

Lets call revive the old name of North New York or NONEYO or NOYO.
