What do you think about them? I've seen some memorable stuff. I've seen little kids doing backflips, a dude called lil nacho rapping, bboying, drums, even seen a guy recite poetry. All that good stuff.

Check this video out.

Stuff like that is annoying as hell. Having random fools in the station and on the platforms is bad enough, but pulling cr@p like that on the trains is just unecessary.

The worst are the Mariachi bands on the subway:
YouTube - Mariachi Subway Band . I think this is the same group that punk'd my train one night. The guy put the bass guitar right next to me. I had a headache at the time, so needless to say I wasn't too happy about the situation.

I have nothing against Mariachi music, but its just way too loud for a confined space like the subway.

They're annoying beyond belief. However, I'll take the Mariachi bands over the plastic tub drummers anyday. OR the idiots spinning around the pole and doing flips -- I nearly got hit in the head by one of them once.

I don't mind it for the most part. Especially if its someone who actually has a real talent. Most of the time I zone out reading or listening to music so I could care less.

More often than not it is an annoyance though. Like those kids that dance they all pretty much have the same routine. And the homeless guy doing the alien sax thing was cute the first time but after the millionth time of seeing it, it's way played out.

I wouldn't mind being hit by one of those. Too bad it was just a bet.

I like the classical music. The rest is just an annoyance and noise.
