hey everyone, i had lunch today saw a couple of people playing basketball so they had an odd number 3. so they ask if i wanted to play...... i said yes ....
and then i played 3 game til 16 by one ( we won 2 ) it was over in like 45 minutes. then headed back to work ..... felt light headed, and everything was moving fast , was sweating a lot and then lost my balance and went to one knee..... i sat down on a bench and drink some cold vitamin water..... and got up in 15 minutes and went straight to the bathroom. after doing number two.... lay down on the floor in a feces position with room spinning......... now am here feeling sluggish but am alive.......
was that a stroke or a heart attack?or dehydation.? i did not have a water until when i sit down and i has breastfest too....

High blood pressure, Possible dehydration or blood sugar low. If you do not feel better by the end of the day after re-hydrating, Pleas see a doc. Usually a heart attack or stroke is accompanied by pain radiating down the left arm, Tightness or pain in the chest or breathing difficulties. Though you have not stated your age or general health.

doesn't sound serious but should take caution and make a visit to your doctor as soon as you can
could be some dehydration or even a drop in sugar level
if you are 42, you not young anymore and should take care of yourself and as someone already said please go see your doctor
My uncle died at 44 from an MI. He was leaving the gym when it happened. This man was a health fanatic - no sugar, no drinking, ate healthy, trim and fit.
Instead of asking a bunch of non-professionals, see a doctor. In fact, get to an ER now. If it was a stroke, there may be another waiting to happen. If it was an MI, there are tests to tell. It may be as "simple" as heat exhaustion or as serious as heat stroke. Why are you reading this? Get to a doctor, preferably ER.

What I was going to say, sounds like heat exhaustion. Monitor for a couple hours, drink fluids (cold to get your core temperature down, preferably water). If you don't feel better in an hour or so get to ER.
At 5'9" and 200+ lbs. you're overweight.
I spent about 4 hours outside today doing some very light work (assembling an Adirondack chair and just piddling around) and was drenched when done. I was also in the shade 90% of the time.

i hope its not something serious but really.... even if its simple dehydration or heat exhaustion, do you really want to goto a hh and drink? i dont think thats a smart idea and i think drinking is the worst thing you can do. if anything, skip it and rest at home with the ac running as i am sure there will be other gatherings.
i am in my late 30's and i too, mentally, feel like im still in my 20's but that was almost 2 decades ago. unless you really have been taking care of your body, its right around that time where you need to make some life style adjustments concerning your health.
no one can make you do anything but i strongly urge you to take caution and do what's best for your health.
