HOW can a Taxi driver know if a woman is a hooker? Not every one who is dressed sexy is one and there are hookers who dress to impress and you would NEVER know what they did.
Please please get this man out. Is alzheimer setting in? Is he bored? Is he just seeing how silly he can be? I just dont get it. What he needs to do is outlaw that documentary his daughter Georgina was in a couple years ago "born rich."

Basically says when the police bust a prostitution ring and they see te same cabbie involved, they will be fined, this bill says nothing about not picking up girls dressed risque. Even Bloomberg himself needed more time toook over the bill to make sure it didn't punish women for the way they dress....and this is in an article from the Post.
