Gosh NYC is really losing its zaa zaa zoo

HOW can a Taxi driver know if a woman is a hooker? Not every one who is dressed sexy is one and there are hookers who dress to impress and you would NEVER know what they did.

Please please get this man out. Is alzheimer setting in? Is he bored? Is he just seeing how silly he can be? I just dont get it. What he needs to do is outlaw that documentary his daughter Georgina was in a couple years ago "born rich."

Guessing you two didn't read the article first? Cab drivers will be fined $10K if they are caught for the second time transporting prostitutes in prostitution rings. Basically says when the police bust a prostitution ring and they see te same cabbie involved, they will be fined, this bill says nothing about not picking up girls dressed risque. Even Bloomberg himself needed more time toook over the bill to make sure it didn't punish women for the way they dress....and this is in an article from the Post.

And you Moderator cut: Off-topic who supports government dictating our every move... Thank you Bloomberg for making it a crime to drink soda and smoke... Now people finally know that smoking is bad for them and drinking soda leads to obesity... We didn't get that before

Maybe you should go back an read the arty... Drivers who testified against the measure on Wednesday said they were afraid cops wouldn't make that distinction and would pull them over whenever they picked up a scantily-clas passenger
