By "stop" are you referring to the Broadway Junction subway stop, or the B83 stop? Because if it's the B83 stop, I think you might be better off if somebody could meet you at the bus stop and just walk you the last couple of blocks. The part of Linden Blvd that you'd be walking along looks like it has a few stores (see
here), but that last small block where the church is actually on looks kind of desolate. At least if somebody from the church meets you, it's 2 people guarding the guitar instead of just one. (I mean, in that short distance, it's unlikely you'd run into problems, but extra caution never hurt)
