has anyone gone to fp without the paper booklet? only filling out the online forms?

Do yourself a favor and call one of the numbers they told you to write down at orientation. You will get the correct answer there. They will put you on hold if its required and you don't have it ! If you don't have the numbers I'm sure someone can post them again for you.

1. The sheer amount of questions that have been answered everyday by myself (what number did they get up to blah blah) read the thread! go back a few pages at least and read!

2. My FP day did not need the booklets but you do fill out paperwork and I used the booklets to help me fill out a few forms so I brought all my paperwork FDNY and DSNY stuff like 100pages total just in case always OVER PREPARE!

3. DSNYStrongest, this is the link i have been looking for for days! I cannot seem to find a map anywhere else describing the locations as I continue to figure out my ideal manhattan location since i live on manhattan.

GLUCK everyone else... seeya 22nd! @ FBF



also question does anyone know if manhattan store on w 18th street is cheaper or same price as some of the others? should i avoid it?

If you are referring to garage locations, go here. DSNY - About DSNY - Garage Locations

The garage's physical location is not always near or in the neighborhood(s) they serve. Our district numbers do coincide with the community board numbers in all five boroughs. For example Bronx 7 covers Bx community board 7 and Manhattan 5 covers Manhattan community board 5, etc.

I was referring to what I linked.. finding garage locations is posted everywhere not to sound rude. Finding the zones/districts they serve was much more challenging

I forget ru starting the 22nd or already in a class?

i'm on 4 1/2 ... never knew they had a map of districts on that site
