Well I like that it's something unique and a little out of the box. Overall I think it's a good development for the borough.

Give it 2 yrs and watch the the ghetto riff raff make their way there and create a vibe that will make a majority of ppl stay away. I'm hoping for the best, but I doubt it.

Well that's a rather negative POV. I think it's good because it gives the people in the Bronx something different from the usual ghetto aimed retail. And who knows maybe the next Wayne Gretzky will be from the Bronx? lol...

Lol, I know it came off negative but that wasn't my intent. At this point, anything coming to the Bronx is better than nothing. Hopefully, a prodigy can be discovered.

The more things that come the better. If it was just the Ice Rink by itself, that would suck. But with other things coming including investment, its a good idea.

An ice skating rink is different and unique for the bronx but unless they charge outrageous admission fees, yall are idiots if you dont think local latino and black youths wont go there.......esp the young black and latino girls (teenagers and young adults alike).....

More POST garbage.
Jesus, can't people read a daily paper that takes more then 3 minutes to read through?
"Rich GOOD, Poor BAD"
The paper is geared for those with the analytical ability of Tonto or Tarzan, or a card carrying NAZI.
Indeed, it there was anything like the quoted "LOCAL SOVIETS" in the Bronx, the first thing they would do is march downtown, pull Rupert Murdoch from his boardroom and hang him from a lamp post.
They certainly wouldn't waste their time with court battles opposing developers.
