If I were Bloomberg the first thing I would do is get a body transplant with someone 26 and attractive. The next order of business would be doling out chunks of money to those on city-data interested in improving their neighborhoods. Since I am worth $26 billion, I would dole out $25 billion for community development! The other $1 billion will be for various illicit activities.
