I'm going for general studies, because it gets me on the fast track for my bachelors and since I'm not quite sure on what to take I was asking on the forum what jobs people have. But all I get is a bunch half-ass remarks back.

why would you want to go for a job that other people have? shouldn't you go for a job that you actually want to do? You can get a degree in finance, but if you absolutely hate it, you won't make much money doing it because you'll get fired due to not doing a good job.

Yeah, I'd like a job where I only work when it's convenient and I can sit around with my friends who also only work when they want, otherwise we take trips to Dubai and lounge around the coffee shop.

^5 Excellent advice. I'm relatively young; however, I earn near six figures. The best part is, I'm extremely passionate about my line of work. When I attended undergrad and graduate school, I never thought about money. I only concerned myself w/ learning as much as possible about my chosen career path.
