There's a 3 occupant requirement for cars using the crossings but what about 2 seaters? I have to assume 2 occupants will be allowed.

No exceptions!!!

Don't tell me you got one of those 'Smart' cars?

Your third passanger might need to get tied up to the roof of your car, but you still need three people.

J/K, I got no idea bro.
Give it a try and let us know.

I've never heard of an HOV-3 situation where two seat vehicles weren't exempt as long as both seats were occupied and motorcycles/scooters weren't exempt with just the driver.

I just heard on CBS that 2 seaters will not be permitted to cross where there are HOV restrictions meaning no exemptions for 2 seater vehicles.

That's pretty stupid. Three two-seat Smart cars take up the same space as one Escalade with three people in it.
