I did not read the rest of the thread, wondering how quickly and how many times "mind your business" came up, without any idea, of course, that it IS our business because we are paying for it.
Agree! She said it "wasn't coming from our pockets". Lol.

How to be Ghetto Fabulous

1
Dont care what other people think. Part of being ghetto fabulous is living your life the way you want to live it. In a lot cases, haters will try to bring you down, but dont let that change affect your game.

2
Be confident. The look is bold, so you are going to need a bold attitude to match it. Always be sure of who you are, where you come from, and what you are doing. Be sure to remind people of all of those things on a regular basis. In fact, it is always appropriate to ask 'Who do you thinK I am, (insert expletive)?” 'What does it looK like im doing, (insert expletive)?' where do you think i come from, (insert expletive).
3
Be street smart. In order to rise up the ranks and to be ghetto fabulous, you are going to need to be sharp. That means you are going need to learn how to read people and situations. No matter how good you look, people will never look up to you if you are stupid. But street smart does not mean that you need to spend your money wisely. Spend money on designer things as soon as you get your paycheck, just so that everyone knows you are fabulous. But remember, you dont care about what people think.
4
Learn to type. Typing in a ghetto fabulous way is not easy. You may ask, when will I ever type? (Insert expletive), iTz lykE u NevEr eVen heRd oF teXtinNn!!!

Ghetto Fabulous Look

Gurlz
1
Do da hurr. Your hair should always be professionally done. That means going to beauty salon to get your hair done at least once a month. Make sure to maintain it. No self-respecting ghetto diva would walk around with bad hair. For hair ideas, take a look at J-Lo's old photos from when she was "Jenny from the Block."
2
Get the nails. Long nails are the only acceptable style. Whether you want bold designs or bold colors is up to you. Nails should always be professionally done. Look at photos of Rhianna's nails for inspiration.

3
Drop money on clothes. Clothes should always be form-fitting. The whole outfit needs to coordinate--that means for the most part, don't mix brands. Satin and denim are appropriate year-round.
4
Find the right shoes. Shoes should ALWAYS match the color of the outfit unless they are Timberlands. But heels and sneakers should usually match the shirt or "overall" color of the outfit.
5
Always Accessorize. There is no such thing as too many accessories. Also bags should always be designer. You are only as good as the bag you carry.

Not necessarily...it's people who don't want to work & want handouts that get a bad rap.

The poor are treated like royalty here. I don't know too many places in this country where you can live in the most expensive city in the US; have as many children as you want without supporting them on your own--and get paid more to have more; have your food, clothing, and shelter paid for in addition to all types of vouchers and never lift a finger in your life time.

For the "poor" in this city, NY is just a life long carribean cruise with all expenses paid.

This person is trolling, and needs not to be taken seriously. Do you really think there's such a thing as welfare for life without work-related requirements? What happened to welfare reform during Clinton?
