I'm looking for a house to move with my 2 dogs(golden retrievers) and my wife.

What city do you guys think is more easy and safe to find it, with a budget around $2k?

Tks!

I just wanted to tell you that I think it's hillarious that you mention your dogs before your wife.

Sorry, I live in Pittsburgh.

Here are some previous threads about large dogs:

for more space because you'll want it, i would say go more towards the outer edges of the boroughs. otherwise you're going to be even more cramped than usual with two goldens. theres people in the building I live in with two dogs and they don't seem to have too much of a problem, but I could see it get tiring after a while.

Washington Heights in Manhattan might be a possibility.

My friends with large dogs live in Washington Heights and in a couple neighborhoods in Queens. Not all buildings are dog friendly or have a weight/# limit to pets.

Forest Park is very safe/nice.
