Which area would you recommend? Assume money is not an issue.

I'd say you should purchase the most expensive loft on the market anywhere from soho to the LES. Just find the most expensive one and buy it. Cash.

You're welcome.

Depends on your interests. If you're into the hipster/scene lifestyle then Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Lower East Side, East Village. If you want a young area with lots of people in their 20s and many bars/nightlife options then Murray Hill or Kips Bay could be an option. Given an unlimited budget I would personally live in the West Village. I just find it absolutely charming- quaint little buildings, a good mix of classy bars/restaurants and cheaper (but still awesome) places, decent transportation, easy walk to everywhere I need to be, tons of little coffee shops/interesting places to check out. And also very expensive.

What are your interests?

With unlimited cash, I'd opt for a Tribeca Loft.

LES? What good areas are in there? Also, my interests are being around a good nightlife (bars, clubs). Women my age (a mix of hipsters, professionals, tourists, whatnot)

If that is the case then the meatpacking district would be the best spot. You are surrounded by a lot of bars, clubs, restaurants, etc. Also, you are in a good location when it comes to the city. Times Sq, Columbus Circle, Union Sq, SoHo, etc are nearby.

East Village, though even if money isn't an issue, you still have to consider where you are going to be working.
Nobody wants to have a 90 minute commute because they need a bus to a train to another train.
