Got the application mailed it in last week - awaiting to see if selected for the wait list and assigned a number if not they refund you $100.00 of the $125.00 fee submitted. This was definitely not a standard procedure - what was also different it also stated on the back of the application form when remitting the application and fee to mark on the back of the envelope the full names of all prospective occupants.
Ugh, I just checked. I think you're right! Argghhhhh, I feel like an idiot... I ALWAYS follow the directions. Why not this time?
But if it's a one person family, maybe they'll let it slide just being on the return address on the front. Crossing my fingers. Hope they wouldn't disqualify me for that!
I haven't been over there since 2016 but I used to drive right by there a couple days a week for work, and I'd see guys out there no matter what time of day I passed by. The only time I never saw the door open with guys hanging inside or out was when it was pouring rain. I went by at 6:30 am one time and saw a few guys hanging inside with the door wide open. If we're talking about the same place - it looks like it was in a utility room / storage room right off the corner of Cherry and Market. Not a rentable, commercial space. It's funny that the buildings management just let those guys use the space. Although I'm sure they really didnt' both anybody, especially fellow residents LOL
