Have anyone seen this woman before? She is so disgusting touching people with her itching bleeding Vagina. She is obviously mentally ill but the police should have come in and take her away to a mental hospital. She surely needs help. But one more reason for me to stay away from Times Square. I don't want to not see where I am going and bumping into this and getting touch by who knows what diseases and viruses she had.

I have never seen this individual, but it is disturbing and good you posted this. There is a risk of disease transmission, Though it would be relatively small it's still awful to think about.
I'm not sure that wasn't staged. I agree with NYChistorygal, anyone who just stood around watching instead of calling 9-1-1 to get her help is a waste of human skin.
Come on Thats Fake .You mean to tell me with all the cops in Times square not one of them saw this ? Plus someone would have told a cop once they walked by one of them. They also just keep follow her around and keep filming her she looks pretty clean for a bum. Come on...
