What can you tell me about Wilson Avenue in Brooklyn? (sublet, squatters)

I looked the specific building up (its on the 500 block) on the Department of Buildings website and the latest complaints were from 2010, talking about how the place was abandoned with non-boarded up windows. and it may have had squatters.

It's the hood over there. You'll hear gunshots at night once in a while. I used to chill on Wilson and Halsey.

Drove down it on Christmas Eve....it's the hood. The B60 runs down it.
