background about me, I moved from india and have my bachelor's degree from manipal university. after coming to US I passed my nclex RN this dec, 2016 and now I am looking for jobs.
This made me realize how difficult it was to get a job without any guidance or connections.
So hopefully this thread will get some attention of the people who can help me suggest or help me meet with recruiters for Registered nurses.
any help is much appreciated and if this thread helps anyone else also I will be delighted.
No disrespect to the OP but I don't believe our hospitals should be hiring foreign nurses when we have so many nurses here in the tristate area who cannot get into an hospital. I would understand if we have a real shortage but that problem doesn't exist.
Don't have any specific connections to offer, but have you tried the healthcare staffing agencies? Just Google "healthcare staffing" + NYC and see what comes up. Also you could try Linkedin and connecting with recruiters on there.
