Where would you live if a couple had to get to each of these spots? The person going to Randall's Island would likely drive.

The UWS (probably in the 80-90 range) is where we really want to live despite the parking situation. Wondering if the drive through the park and to RI would be a nightmare. Is it 20 minutes or does it become 45?

The drive should not be bad at all, and reliable. Just be sure the parking garage is adept at getting the car out when you require it, and you don't end up wasting 15-20 minutes waiting for it.
