Perhaps a nice crisp $50 would have helped her find her keys.

Sorry there are no 2 bedrooms available for you. <I wonder what size apartment Deacon Palmer has. >

schaap,
How much less is the 2 bedroom than the 3?

Deacon and Kelly had a 2BR. Don't you remember, the older son shared a bedroom with the baby?

Would love to know how they squeeze 3 bedrooms,2 baths,6 closets and a "den" into 1,275 sq ft ! Floor plan gives no dimensions so we have to imagine My 1 br,1 bath is 950 sq ft.Only about a 300 sq ft difference.

I have no trouble believing it at all. I am in 600 square feet with 4 large closets and 1 bedroom.

That leaves 675 square feet for 2 closets 1 more bath and 2 more bedrooms. Figure 1 bath for 50 square feet and 2 more bedrooms at 250 each (12 x 21...what's not to like.) That leaves 125 square feet for a couple of really IMMENSE closets.

Beam me up Scottie. (But I've got my little corner of the world and will need to be carried out feet first.)

Thing is there are SQUARE FEET and square feet...few are REAL. SO often one is comparing apples and oranges.

I know a couple with a 1200 square foot Lefrak property, 3 BR. 2 baths, several walk-in closets, at Newport. Their apartment is HUGE.

I measure square footage that I can walk upon and exclude others from. Some landlords include shares of elevators, bike rooms, lobbies, roof space, and maybe even shared outside garden space.

Bluedog,
If you have a REAL 950 square foot 1 bedroom apartment, you are in an enviable and rare position.
