It's a humongous building with many different space arrangements .There are probably lots of smaller ones but not sure how small.

No info on a leasing agent comes up in a web search?

Bluedog - yes it does, I've written to them and just waiting to hear back, they're taking a few days *frustratingly as I have zero patience!*

Out of interest, you don't know of any similar set ups do you? I have been searching for the past week lofts in Soho/Tribeca etc which I could use as a photo studio. I need a big white loft-style place with a great big wall of windows (Hence why the SL building is perfect). Not coming up with much luck. A photographer mate pointed out the 601/SL building to me, and I felt right at home, it's very similar to what I work out of here (although here it's not quite as massive!)...

I have a 2000' space available for sublet at 601 W26, Starrett Lehigh Building. It would be a 3 year term, hoping for Sept 1 occupancy. Beautiful space... been in the building since 1997 and need to move closer to where I live in Westchester!
