Know of any useable roof tops for a picnic of 2? (Madison: rooftop, park)

So i was wondering if anyone knew of a rooftop free and open for some picnics? Near Madison Square Park This of course will take place during the spring/summer. im looking for a place someone can hook me up with. Only about 4~5 people

In this cold weather? I know of a guy who used to throw soirée ob top of his roof by central park north, nice view.
