Can anyone tell me how long did it take after the board meeting for a Mitchelle Lama apartment to receive a official move in date? Basically, we completed the entire process (paid the co-op fees, had the home visit, and completed the board meeting). Thank you.
It can be quite drawn out, i.e., months, for reasons we may never understand.
Try calling HPD yourself and asking about the status.
(Better yet, try Christine Quinn's office for help.)
