Hello Guyz, I am a newbie on this forum i just joined this forum because i am looking for a apartment in chelsea. Hope you guyz help me to find a apartment. Below is my requirements:

Looking for a space that is zoned as a live/work space so that I can fully deduct the rent as a business expense
Spaces that are downtown from Chelsea to above Chinatown and not much farther east than Bowery/2nd.- Chelsea, Soho, noho, nolita, the villages etc..
Large spaces (approx 900 sqft) with an open layout and good lighting
1 BR or sleeping loft is ideal as I may stay overnight occasionally
No walk up higher than 2nd floor.
I am a US citizen with excellent credit and plenty of assets.
I would sign the lease under my company but happy to provide a personal guaranty if required.
My budget is $3k-7k/month
Ideally there would not be any broker’s fee
Looking for a 12 month lease starting April 1st

If anyone have a idea or any apartment, please let me know. Comments will be appreciate.

Thanks

Yeah, I would just contact a broker if you need to move now and want to live in Chelsea.

If you can't provide income statement or tax return for your company, no one will lease to you unless you get a co-signer.
