Well, FWIW, I found a site before that mentioned what percentage of households have 0 cars, 1 car, 2 cars, etc, though it doesn't show the household size, which is what's really necessary.

Got numbers, but it's somewhatoff because I assume all households with 4+ people have only 4 people. Any household that big probably has a number of a children that can't drive. Anyhow, % of people in households without cars:

Bronx: 55%
Brooklyn: 51%
Manhattan: 73%
Queens: 31%
Staten Island: 12%
