OP should be banned. Latino is not a race either genius. You can be of various races and mixes. NYC has a very diverse Latin American community.
Anyway, there are always been non-Hispanic Whites in Latin American and Black communities, the numbers are just increasing more significantly. Nothing wrong with more diversity.
It's due to the economic pressure being placed on the Middle and Artistic Classes in NYC, which have traditionally had a large number of whites. They can no longer afford to live in the desirable parts of Manhattan and the "convenient" neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Queens, so they are being pushed further into the periphery, which has been dominated by non-whites for many years now.
