While I like the building's design, I'm very disappointed by the spire. It looks like it belongs on top of a building in Hong Kong or even Las Vegas. The earlier proposed designs were imaginative and unique-looking, while this one looks generic. While I'm glad it's finally topped off after all this time, I expected something better.

Haven't really looked closely yet.

I did however hook up with this girl a couple nights ago who was highly impressed with the availableuser spire.

It's not done yet. Although it's topped off, I would reserve final judgment until all the extras are removed like platforms and the crane. The guy wires are not even hooked up yet, nor are the LED lights supposed to illuminate it at night.

Personally, I think it looks good when I visualize the final product. My favorites going up right now though are 56 Leonard and Torre Verre.

Unimpressed with the entire thing, all it does is make me long for the old skyline.
