Yeah,was just curious though. That is probably why the dept is overstaffed now. The eligibles list for the exam in 2003 was just around 22,000.

The 2007 annual report is available on the DSNY website. It states that they hired 541 sanitation workers last year which brings it up to a grand total of 2466 new hires from the 2003 exam. The department has 6519 san workers and that # excludes foremans, superintendants, civilians - so all in they have close to 10000 people on staff.

Default Exam 6063

Hi i took the sanitation worker exam # 6063 in june 2007. my list number is #7,623 My score was 96. I have Military staus. Is there a chance that i will be called soon?

I have taken the sanitation workers exam no. 2052 and i have moved from the address they have on file and i scored pretty high and i don't no if they have called me in for a job is there any possible way i can find out if they call me?

list number 725, took dsny medical twice so far since 2008 exam and passed. Just took med exam last year nov. How long is medical good for 6 mos - 1 year??? how many times i gotta take this damn physical and run around the city to doctors?? somebody help thanks in advance
