I know this may be a little skewed posting in the nyc forums but just wondering what peoples thoughts are as far as getting a real estate license in the city or in SoFlo, where I may be possibly relocating for school. I have been reading about the market turning around and getting really "hot" as the article claimed recently. If anyone has any insight, experience, or anything I would really be interested in what you have to say. Thanks a lot.

Well you're already using terrible abbreviations for places that don't need them, so I'd say you're off to a good start!

Thought it was SoFla? Its better than BoCoCa, which I've seen being used way to often for South Brooklyn.

SoFlo? Southern Florence, perhaps...a hot market.

Perhaps it's SloFlo , a swollen prostate condition?

I honestly don't understand the point of this forum. You come to ask questions, get opinions and all you get are smartass remarks from a bunch of dickheads. Why not contribute some useful information instead of acting like a child, and terrible abbreviations? Why not try and broaden your horizons? A lot of places have abbreviations that "don't need them" ie Bk-Brooklyn, Bx-Bronx in case you didn't know. Pathetic.......

hahaha - FYI it's hard to take some random high school kid seriously who wants to sell apartments in NYC or "SoFlo"
