Now I'm going to have to out and get me one of those Haagen Das ice cream bars with the vanilla ice cream and chocolate coating. I'll get back on the diet tomorrow.
This is the exact type of post that shows what has happened to this once great city. People fell in love with from all parts of country from what they have seen on tv and know the reputation to be. They get hear and then try to change everything.
I used to love ice cream from these ice cream trucks during the summer when they pass my block, but
after I learn from maybe someone here on this board or some newspaper that some of the guys urinated
inside their ice cream trucks with water bottles, and put them next to the cones... I just lost appetite for
their ice cream. Like that young traveler once said, never again!

Really? Spare me. The only thing more annoying than the people you profess to be annoyed by are those of you who are so easily threatened, and moan and lament the loss of "your" great city because of simple opinions of others. An entire clique of you who like to beat your chests and huff/puff about perceived outsiders. Anybody that complains about the holy city is ruining the holy city. Give me a break.

You guys are missing the !@#$%^& point. When it happens near midnight, or they park literally right outside of your window and play the song for over 30 minutes, it's not cool. Seriously, on what planet is that OK?? You mind if I send him to YOUR apartment so you can listen to the song for half an hour at a time?
Turn the damn thing off if you're just sitting idly at a curb. This is not about being a pansy or raising a stink about an ice cream truck. This is about basic decency. Get a grip.
