It looks to me like 252nnd will go though as a proper road to POST and then past it at a goofy South angle and Old Albany will become history...part of a housing development.

townhouses and condos are swallowing up every last bit of empty land here. this area used to be the "sleepy" part of Riverdale meaning that you had quiet side streets with wooded spots, but now they're making it into another Johnson Avenue

now there is often a parked car blocking that cut-thru. but i will still walk on the paved cut- thru if i park my car on Post Rd because there is no sign telling me not to. better than walking on jagged rocks and dirt to get to Post Rd
